Maintenance
These are practices that can be done every day. They support the overall maintenance of the body. They may also be performed prior to a deeper movement practice, warming up the joints and muscles.
Focused
These practices focus on a particular area of the body, delving more deeply into the finer range of movement possibilities. We explore options for various positions with or without the use of props.
Mini practice
These are short practices, between five and fifteen minutes. They can practiced in general and anytime, can be ideal before a planned sitting meditation practice, when time is short, or life force energy feels low.
Meditation
Preparation
We demonstrate the variety of positions and setups for a meditation practice. This includes the kinds of seating and props, but also how to position the body for the most optimal focus.
Mind training
Audio recordings of guided meditations, covering topics such as centering meditation, and mindfulness of breath. These are suited to any level of experience with meditation including those with a longtime and established practice.
